Specifications
An easy to read temperature scale from 0-100C, for the 98% of the world who use Celsius. For those who haven't made the jump to Celsius, there is also a F band.
Adjustable stainless clip fits all standard steaming pitchers. This one is unique in that the thermometer clip places the probe at an angle so that it reads from the centre of the frothing pitcher which may give you a more accurate reading, depending on your frothing style of course.
If you have a traditional steam wand on your espresso machine (not a pannarello type), the thermometer can be used to indicate when to submerge the tip after the stretching (aeration) phase. Total length 13.5 cm.
Manufacturer's Warranty. Can be easily user re-calibrated by adjusting the nut underneath the dial.
