Baratza Sette 270Wi Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

The Sette 270Wi is Baratza's latest upgrade to the Sette 270W. The "i" stands for "intelligence", referring to the grinder's ability to calculate and predict the right stop point when you change your grind setting, beans, or dose weight. With its built-in high-precision Acaia scale, it also adjusts for incidental vibrations (caused by things like door closures, footsteps, unsteady surfaces, etc.) that would otherwise throw off dosing accuracy. This intelligence eliminates the need to adjust the offset manually.

The 270Wi also boasts thirty steps of macro-adjustment with stepless micro-adjustment to allow minute fine-tuning, so even the most discerning coffee-lover can explore the many delicate layers of flavour elicited by fresh beans ground at high speed with minimal retention. These features, combined with a redesigned gearbox and burr set (the outer ring burr rotates around a stationary cone burr), make the Sette 270Wi an ideal choice for coffee-drinkers that grind for a range of brew methods, from espresso to French press.

Note: in the event of a software update, installation can be completed wirelessly using the integrated Bluetooth using an Apple iPhone or tablet.
