Now to put the pro in prosumer, ECM has added volumetric capabilities accessible through an illuminated top display panel. Now you can program individual dosing in the desired quantity, not unlike the commercial cafe machines. This feature allows you to initiate programmed espresso brew parameters at the press of a button while freeing you to move on to steaming milk for milk-based beverages. Not so much into lattes, cappuccinos, or other milk-based drinks? You can still pull your shots manually to create the perfect system for your specific coffee roast.
