The Eureka Mignon Silenzio espresso grinder is both compact and highly effective for the home barista! With 50mm flat steel burrs, a 260-watt motor running at 1350 rpm, its step-less micrometric grind adjustment allows for incredible accuracy when grinding your perfect shot. True to its name, the machine has silent technology unique to Eureka, thanks to its sleek custom-built insulated case.
The on-demand grinding button serves up endless amount of ground coffee when in manual coffee grinding mode located on the side of the machine, while the option for timed dosing is also available by pressing the settings button in conjunction with the timer adjustment knob to set the desired length of time.
This machine can be used for all styles of brewing, including, Turkish, Espresso, Pour over, French Press and more. Furthermore, Eureka have added an anti-clumping system to allow the barista achieve the most precise grind. An excellent choice for an amazing cup every time!
