Zero means zero retention. The Eureka Mignon Zero coffee grinder lets you get the perfect grind for espresso or any filter method of brewing. With the Mignon Single Dose Blow Up Cleaning, the chamber is always clean and ready for the next fork in the road of your coffee adventure.

The Mignon Zero is the strong silent type. The Silent Technology makes the Mignon Zero 20db less noisy than conventional grinders. The ACE system of the Mignon Zero regulates the coffee outflow for outstanding cleanliness and dose consistency. The Zero also has Stepless Micrometric Regulation, which offers infinite adjustment points and allows maintenance without messing with your grinder settings. While we're on maintenance, the "High Speed" maintenance feature allows easy dismantling of the burr holder to replace or clean the consistent, high-productivity 55mm burrs.

The Eureka Mignon Zero comes with a 15g single dose hopper, a 45g dosing cup and an adjustable all-in-one fork.
