House of Funk Coffee - Faze Waves, Medium Roast (250g)
It's not every day that you see a Papua New Guinea in specialty coffee. This is our first time bringing in a coffee from PNG and we are stoked about it. This is rich, sweet and bright. It is quickly becoming our favorite morning coffee.
Aroma: Sweet brown sugar, honey and maple syrup aroma with rose jasmine and dark chocolate notes
Tasting: Exotic well balanced intense flavor with raspberry, strawberry, citrus/lemon and nectarine notes
Coffee was first introduced to Simbu in the early 1950's, it has been the most important crop to the local Simbuans.
