Description
The 135 degrees Celsius, resettable safety thermostat for the ECM & Rocket Giotto & Cellini espresso machines.
If the element temperature exceeds 135 degrees Celsius, this resettable safety thermostat will close, popping up the red button and cutting off power to the boiler element. This safety thermostat thereby prevents extreme overheating and dangerous over-pressurizing of the boiler. Simply pressing the red button back down will re-activate power to the element.
