tradition without compromising performance. The 3.6-litre service boiler supplies a fully saturated group
with lever-controlled manual pressure allowing pre and post-ramping of the pump pressure. Whether you
connect this machine directly to your water supply or use the built-in reservoir, the Epica offers superb
precision and control, producing incredible results in barista artistry.
