This device, which fits directly under the shower screen, spreads the water from the grouphead evenly onto the shower screen and into the grounds, improving the quality of the espresso crema.If you have picked up a machine used or have a commercial machine, you would be surprised how many of these crucial little water dispersion devices have been lost. These new, improved Rancilio OEM spreaders are made of stainless-steel and will not wear out like the previous brass ones found on older-model Rancilio machines.
