About Roaster Central
We started Roaster Central as an intimate coffee tasting experience, bringing a carefully curated selection of specialty coffee beans from roasters around Canada to our customers all in one place. Our patrons' overwhelming support encouraged the expansion of that original idea to our brand new website, bringing the Roaster Central experience to your home or office.
Our Coffee Roasters
Our curated roster of specialty coffee comes from Vancouver and beyond. Most are from small-batch roasters who are truly passionate about their craft. This is coffee at the next level, offering the opportunity to taste a wide variety of different roasts, origins, and flavours.
Vancouver's First Coffee-Tasting Bar
The place to taste and compare coffee flavour profiles ranging from bright and citrus to earthy and smoky. You can choose from up to 40 different coffees to brew into tasting flights. Our in-house baristas will brew your choices and answer any questions you may have. We encourage you to take the time to savour each sample and make notes on the tasting cards we’ve created for each roaster. We ask only for a donation to Lookout Housing and Health Society.
Shop In-Store or Online
You can purchase bags of freshly roasted coffee here at the store on Clark Drive or visit our online store at roastercentral.ca. We also offer a coffee subscription service for home or office customized with your choice of fresh beans. Check out our current roaster lineup here.
