Good Experience

I thought the instruction for making a rosetta was well broken down into pieces but very challenging to do even when I went home to practise. I would recommend the following 1.Start off with something easy like a heart so there is a feeling of accomplishment then move to the more complicated rosetta 2. Actually steaming the milk in order to learn what the right milk temperature and consistency is and actuallyl tasting the latte to get the feel for the right temperature and consistency.. I am grateful to have had the workshop. The You tube videos makes a lot more sense to me. Thank you.

Latte art class

There were a couple of “game changing” tips I gained from the class/instructor. I’d suggest using more machines at once, though. It felt like a soccer practice of individual drills with only one ball. We only steamed milk once each and only poured start-to-finish twice each in 2.5 hours. The instructor was unfamiliar with contemporary steaming pitchers and could not describe differences in the number of holes on the steam tip (and their patterns/directions).
