Rocket upgraded their Giotto Evoluzione R home espresso machine with a fantastic Cronometro Timer feature! This digital shot timer is located above the on/ off switch on the front of the machine, allowing the user to better optimize extraction time. Features taken directly from Rocket's commercial espresso machine range give the Evoluzione R machines superior technology that is normally only found in full sized commercial espresso machines.

In addition to the timer feature and long-standing PID temperature control, this Rocket has an insulated heat-exchange 1.8L brass boiler, 9mm boiler end plates, and the classic E61 grouphead, and is completed with plumb-in kit to connect directly to your water source. This model runs smoothly and efficiently due to it's commercial grade rotary pump which ensures a quieter performance without sacrificing the robust functionality required to draw water using plumb-in kit, or when accessing the substantial 2.5L internal water reservoir. One of Rocket's finest!

The Evoluzione R machines are offered in two different body styles, the Giotto or the Mozzafiato.
