Why We Love the Vitamix Blenders
Vitamix at Espressotec
When we looked at expanding our product line beyond espresso and coffee-making equipment, we realized that the missing link in our lineup was blenders with so many popular frozen and frappe coffee drinks. There was no doubt that whatever line we chose should align with the quality and performance of the brands we carry, and Vitamix was a great fit.
Espressotec Vitamix Lineup
The industry standard in commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants and thousands of homes, we've chosen to carry a few select Vitamix models, including the Explorian and Ascent series and the brand new Vitamix ONE. The Ascent series features wireless connectivity to your phone or tablet using the Vitamix App. Both Ascent and Explorian have incredible capabilities beyond smoothies and dips; grind whole grains, whip up healthy nut butter, and even hot soup.
Vitamix ONE Model is the One Singles have been Waiting for
With a smaller footprint, the ONE does almost everything the big boys do - from smoothies and sauces to dips and frozen treats. However, it is not designed for grains, nut butter or hot soup.

Vitamix Reviews are Off the Charts
We've read hundreds of excellent Vitamix reviews online, but getting the goods from friends who have been using Vitamix blenders for years was eye-opening. Here's what our friend Maria had to say:
“I've had my Vitamix for 14 years, and I make a smoothie every single day. There's nothing it can't do - from pulverizing frozen fruit to ice cream. It makes peanut butter in two minutes! I even redesigned the cupboards in my kitchen to fit my Vitamix. You could take away my toaster or microwave, and the last thing standing would be my Vitamix!”
Lucy says: “I can throw in some veggies and have hot soup in less than five minutes. We've had ours for about three years, but there's absolutely no learning curve with the Vitamix. Of course, we love smoothies, but all the different salad dressings and dips are so good. It's amazing how powerful it is, and another great thing is it cleans itself - a drop of dish detergent and some water and turn it on for a minute, and clean-up is done!”
The Cost Factor
Backed by some of the best warranties in the business, it makes it an investment to purchase a Vitamix. For example, The Ascent A2300 has a 10-year warranty. Fewer than 2% of Vitamix blenders under warranty have been returned for service so far. You could calculate your investment this way: Price ÷ Longevity = Wise (and healthy) Investment.
Endless Healthy Recipes
Vitamix Canada has more delicious recipes than you could whip up in years! Smoothies, hummus, cheesecake, sauces, dressings, baby food and more! Gluten-free, Keto and low-sodium options too. The Vitamix app features an A-Z recipe list that also includes nutritional details.
Coffee Recipes and Cocktails
Cappuccino shakes, caramel espresso frappe, frozen Irish coffee all sound delicious. Cocktail options are endless - from bellinis and margaritas to piña coladas and seasonal eggnog.
Vitamix Celebrates its 100th Anniversary
Even after 100 years, Vitamix is still a family-run company. The company's president and CEO, Jodi Berg, is the great-granddaughter of Vitamix founder William Barnard. Vitamix is rooted in whole-food nutrition from the start. We're excited to add the most trusted brand in blending technology to our stellar product line at Espressotec, and we invite you to come in soon and see them for yourself.
